How long does this take?
Three months. We document the 10–15 core systems your business needs to run and train your team to use them. Most clients keep going after that, at their own pace.
How much of my time will this take?
Less than you'd think. We do the heavy lifting. You'll join a weekly 60–90 minute meeting, and your team sits for short interviews when it's their turn. The rest is on us.
We've tried to systemize before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Most attempts fail for one of three reasons: the owner writes it all themselves, the team isn't brought along, or it loses steam after a few weeks. We solve all three — we extract systems from your team (not your head), train an internal Systems Champion to keep it going, and run to a clear 3-month timeline so it doesn't drag.
